He’s authored six books including New York Times best-sellers Youtility: Why Marketing is About Help Not Hype, and Hug Your Haters: How to Embrace Complaints and Keep Your Customers. Jay’s brand new book, Talk Triggers: The Complete Guide to Creating Customers with Word of Mouth, is the subject of much of our conversation today.
